Agent .99 found running on remote island

During a recent off-site meeting, the Agent Development Team (Mark Sidell and Jessye Holmgren-Sidell) makes a rare discovery: Agent .99 running under Windows 3.1 for 7 years without a GPF (General Protection Fault) or a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death).

The computer was found on the Shackleford Banks at 34º 41.314´N by 76º 39.922´W. near the southern tip of North Carolina's Outer Banks.

Somehow, the device had survived wind, rain, old men with metal detectors -- even the Wild Horses of Shackleford.

When asked about such reliability, Mark and Jessye give credit to the Agent Beta Team and their passionate attention to detail when testing both the 32 and 16 bit versions of Agent.

As a result, we've added this PC to our vast suite of regression tests. After each release of Agent, the team will make a pilgrimage to these coordinates to upgrade this noble machine.

We expect the next pilgrimage to occur in May once Agent 1.92 has survived the first round of beta testing.
